High 5 Pie started in 2008 as a wholesale only pie adventure. After growing for a couple of years, we opened our own space to call home in Capitol Hill on the first day of 2011. In the last few years we’ve been really busy! We’ve garnered great attention both locally and nationally, put out a cookbook, developed friendships and partnerships with local non profits, held community classes and events, hosted pies contests, all while baking your favorite pies. Several sweet gifts, dinner party plans, meeting rations, celebration snacks, and wedding spreads later we’ve moved out of our little shop and into a bigger kitchen to continue to keep making all of the pies for your special occasions.

As we and our sister businesses (Fuel Coffee and Cone & Steiner) continue to grow, we’re excited to partner with them to serve pies directly to you while still making pies for special events and weddings, farmers markets, and continuing our connection with our community, city, and fan base. Our award winning pies are handmade from scratch using Grandma Molly’s favorite recipes and fruit-forward, homemade baking style. We offer sweet and savory whole pies, individual pies, larger shared pies, and our signature Flipsides.
